The FIRST Program provides Army managers an efficient way to acquire logistic support services, including: Program Management Operations; Quality Assurance Support; information Technology Support for Logistics Systems; Training Support; Army Transformation Logistic Support; Programmatic Support; Transportation Supply Support; Kitting and Parts Assembly Support; Installation Logistic Support; Field Maintenance Support; Comprehensive Support for Centrally Managed Program; Command Wide Logistics Enterprise Systems Support. The contract supports CONUS and Overseas Continental United States (OCONUS) logistic support services in all task areas.
