I think it would be really interesting to see a series of interviews that GovWin/INPUT could do with dept/agency line of business owners and large program managers with insights about how they cope with issues that delay (or threaten to delay) their goals -- such as continuing resolutions, protests, IG reports, M&A, etc.  This would give the contractor community much deeper insight into how we can help our customers succeed even in the face of large obstacles.  It all starts with knowing how they think and what strategies they are using.
