Annoying Email Verification Message after login

The following window appears whenever I login:

GovWin Message

Email Verification Message

Please confirm your email address (jmiller.pes@sbcglobal.net) by clicking on the link in the GovWin Account Details email sent to that address.

If you cannot find that email, Click here to send yourself another.

Click Continue below to begin using GovWin .

When I click on the link that says "Click here" , no email is ever sent to my inbox.  Could you please remove that pop-up window from my login?

Possible Spam filter issue

Thanks for your report. It sounds like a possible spam filtering issue (if the confirmation e-mail is getting blocked by your ISP's filter, it wouldn't even hit your mailbox's junk folder). Following up with you offline.
