MS Server

MS Server isnt suitable for a small sized company. You might just want to take a look at the normal MS Project. But, maybe you're looking for something to handle resource planning.
Deltek has great tools built specifically for govcon firms, i'd be more than happy to speak to you about.

Project and Resource tools

It may seem self-evident on a Deltek sponsored site, but check out what Deltek has to offer.  And if you have checked in the past, ask again.  There is a People Planner product available now, that they didn't have a year ago.  There are other project and resource planning and monitoring tools they have also.  It all depends upon your most critical needs (budgeting, task planning, resource planning, resource utilization, risk managment, etc.).

I have been using the stand-alone MS Project version for decades and have never had the opportunity to use the server environment.  I'd like to give it a try, but I am unable to convince any clients to invest the resources or cost in defining a server environment.
From what I understand, the cost of the product is high and the administration is significant.

Am I correct?
