Deltek Program Management Survey Asks, "Just How Good Are You?"

How good are your Program Management processes? How do they stack up against those of your competitors?

While you may know the answer to the first question, you probably don't know the answer to the second. To help fix that, Deltek is asking Program Managers to answer a series of questions about their program management processes in the first annual Program Management Industry Metrics Survey.

The purpose of the survey is simple; Program Managers lack a way to compare their skills and practices against those of their peers. Deltek's survey will provide a baseline that program management professionals can use to measure the effectiveness of their personal and company Program Management skills.

In this largest-ever survey conducted about the practices of the Program Management Community, your anonymous and confidential responses will set a benchmark for industry-wide performance, which will be compared against future follow-up surveys already planned for next year.

The survey response period ends July 31, and many of your Progam Manager peers have already responded, though there's still time for you and your company to be represented.

By completing a survey, your firm will get a free copy of the Highlights Report, and the Detailed Report, which you can use to establish better in-house practices, measure potential future employees or find how your company's management practices ranks against the rest of the industry.
