Custom Requirement 1:
  • 1. Lead/manage a single development effort or segment of an overall development effort using Project Management techniques.

    2. Apply/improve established instructional design processes across an extensive curriculum.

    3. Plan, design, administer, analyze and report the results of training needs assessments (TNA).

    4. Employ templates and matrices to assist in the rapid modernization / development of HTA courses, to include storyboarding for HTML/multimedia presentations.

    5. Participate in review / editing procedures for course materials.

    6. Review, edit, and write course materials with input/assistance from subject matter experts (SMEs).

    7. Assist SMEs with:

    a. Selection of appropriate instructional interventions.

    b. Development of instructionally sound course objectives.

    c. Design and development of realistic scenarios and case studies.

    d. Design and development of valid assessment items/tools and evaluating these materials.

Additional Details on this Subcontract Opportunity

The Human Terrain Analysis (HTA) Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) in the National Geospatial Intelligence College (NGC) is a subcontractor with expertise as an Instructional Systems Designer and some knowledge in the HTA discipline.

The HTA ISD will use their specialized expertise to develop new NGC courses. Activities are conducted in support of the NGC and project team's objectives. The HT ISD will work closely with HTA Subject Matter Experts, Training Needs Analysts and other members of the Special Project team.
