Description:

Our Client is a Government Organization.

Responsibilities:

·         Perform full life-cycle activities – including requirements gathering, system design and modeling, relational database creation and management, code development, unit and system testing, data conversion, system implementation, source code control, and configuration management

·         Work primarily with multi-tiered systems with Web-based user interfaces

·         Respond to and resolve site and application problems

Requirements:

·         Experience developing Web an object oriented business systems using Ruby/Rails (2+ years)

·         Experience with Java/JSP, or ASP/.Net (2+ years)

·         Working or expert level knowledge and experience in developing applications associated with skills listed in “Technical Skills Desired” above

·         Knowledge of object-oriented principles and designs

·         Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

·         Knowledge of developing web based systems using relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL

·         Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related program area of study or equivalent experience.
