EAGLE II - Unrestricted will continue to be a suite of Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity services-based contracts that will enable all Department of Homeland Security components to acquire IT support services to accomplish their mission objectives.

FC2 encompasses Program Services. Under the prior EAGLE program, Program Support was FC5.

Potential teaming partners should have at least one of the listed socio-economic statuses.
