Remedy Administrator/Developer

We provide consulting services in the areas of Help Desk Support, SharePoint, Installation and Configurations, Records Management, Application Development, ITIL Training, Software development, ITSM support, BMC Remedy Development, Oracle/SQL Server database administration & Temporary Support Services and much more

We are looking a Jr. & Sr. Remedy Developer & Administrator(s) for a few positions we currently have available.  Clearances are not required but are preferred as some positions require Secret and Top Secret. Positions are located in various areas to include Washington DC, Maryland, Texas and Virginia.

Working knowledge of Remedy 7.1 & 7.5 highly desirable.

   Required Skills: 

·     Must have experience working with the BMC Remedy Application

·      Experience in installation, administration, and configuration

·      Ability to perform customization ass needed

·      CMDB experience (not required but an added value

·      SRM Experience (Nice to Have)

·      Knowledge of Asset Incident, Change and Problem

·       Ability to administer servers and work with MS SQL Server 2005
