Our team of engineers, IRS agents and CPAs is growing to meet the demands of property owners in the VA, DC and MD markets.  We need access to experienced cost segregation specialists that can perform an engineering-based study.  This would be "work for hire" and a 1099 relationship, not a W2 position with our company.  The following experience and skills are required:

  • Experience - Personally performed 100+ engineering-based cost segregations that meet all IRS regulations outlined in the Cost Segregation Audit Techniques Guidelines.  Ability to provide an accurate free property evaluation.
  • Geography - Willing to conduct onsite property evaluations in the states of VA, MD and District of Columbia.
  • Expectation to complete a cost segregation study within 6-8 weeks.
  • Ability to work well within a team structure and to carry out work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) and strong customer relationship management skills are critical.
