Position Requirements:

 

The Staff Configuration Management Specialist shall:


  • Ensure a library is established and maintained for all system software.

  • Collect and organize system software material and documentation.

  • Receive and distribute final change pages for all affected manuals in accordance with documentation standards.

  • Prepare, ship, and track unclassified and classified media and system documentation.

  • Perform software builds for the server and client.

  • Maintain an awareness of commercial developments in softcopy storage, maintenance, retrieval, and distribution of technical manuals and documents.

  • Participate in hardware and software configuration control board (CCB) decisions and maintain the CCB history.


 

This position requires either an Associates degree (or higher) in a technical discipline and at least 3 (three) years experience or no degree and at least 5 (five) years of experience in a Configuration Management organization and have a minimum of one year experience in ClearCase.

 

Clearance Requirements: Top Secret/SCI Clearance
