On November 4th, CIOs, CTOs and senior IT leaders gathered at the Ronald Reagan International Trade Center in Washington, DC for the Fifth Annual CIO-CTO Live! Awards.

This sold-out event, sponsored by the Tech Council of Maryland, honored IT achievers from across the mid-Atlantic region, featuring speeches, entertainment, networking, and the presentation of six awards (including the award for IT Product/Service of the Year, for which GovWin.com was a finalist).
