• David Scott is a managing director of business development and sales at KM Systems Group. Mr. Scott has more than 25 years of experience with both government and commercial customers in the implementation of systems and processes to improve IT management processes. He is highly regarded for his knowledge of Project Portfolio Management, Capital Planning and Investment Control, Earned Value Management, and Business Process Improvement.

  He is responsible for ensuring that customers achieve significant, measurable results by implementing a performance based measurement system and utilizing the latest enabling software solutions to improve project and earned value management processes.

  Prior to joining KMSG, Mr. Scott served in a similar role at Deltek, a leading provider of enterprise application software. He has also held senior-level positions at Primavera Systems, Inc., Open Text, SAP North America, and Oracle.
