Solutions For The IT Enterprise (SITE) is a blanket purchase agreement which, when awarded, will provide information technology engineering, intelligence support and technical services in support of DIA, DoDIIS, the Intelligence Community, DoD agencies with an intelligence component and elements of the military services, joint and unified commands and their subordinate entities. SITE will provide the CIOs and program managers across the Intelligence Community with a flexible, no-added-fee, continually competitive, and Intelligence Community-specific contractor base to meet their IT-related program requirements insupport of counter-terrorism, Homeland Defense, and intelligence collection, production and dissemination.
