Upcoming Events: Succeeding in a Tough Economy, and Succession

Here are two January events I posted that you should look at:

  • The first event is a free webinar: Succession Planning - Preparing an Exit Strategy, on January 20, at 1pm. Hosted by Access National Bank as part of the Growth Capital Educational Series, this one-hour panel discussion is for any small business owner who may one day hand off ownership. (And let's face it -- that's everyone, one way or another...) Be prepared and sign up now!

  • The second event is an NVTC morning discussion, January 28 at 8AM: Fastest Growing Companies of 2008 and 2009: How to Achieve Success in a Tough Economy. It will be held at Northrop Grumman in McLean, VA; the topic of discussion is how companies that made it through 2009 with great growth are planning on powering through 2010.

    I would be remiss if I failed to mention that Carolyn Parent, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales, Deltek, will moderate the panel.
