Build Your Company's Brand

Building a strong and thorough profile for your company on GovWin gets you noticed by customers and potential teammates.

Keeping your company profile current is a quickest, easiest and most effective way to ensure the quality of your results and get the most from your GovWin membership - here's why:

  • Match Alert: The capabilities and qualifications that you list in your profile trigger Match Alert opportunities; the more accurate and up-to-date your capabilities, past performance, qualifications and more are, the higher quality matches you'll get.
  • GovWin Scout: Scout uses the NAICS codes in your profile to highlight Federal notices in the industries you follow.

On the GovWinvideos YouTube channel, Jeff White share tips on why updating your profile is critical for maximizing your chances of connecting with contract opportunities [99 seconds].

More About Your Company's Profile

Your Company Profile is divided into seven sections. Please note that only company admins can edit your company profile, and see the controls to edit these seven sections. You can see who your admins are by accessing your company profile, and look for the Admin icon next to names in the employee list:

  • Public View, which provides a summary of the information you have made public, can be viewed by all members of GovWin, and provides you a jumping-off point to edit or update your Company Profile;
  • Edit Highlights, which provides you a place to update your Company Name, Tax ID, Company Type, Company Web Site, Industry (NAICS), Headline, Detailed Description, Number of Employees, Annual Revenues, Year Founded, and Company Logo;
  • Edit Qualifications, which provides you a place to update your company’s Socio-Economic Status, Facility Clearances, Staff Security Clearances, and Organizational Certifications;
  • Edit Solutions, which provides you a place to update your company’s Solution Competencies, including providing detail about particular competencies, and contact information within your company for each competency;
  • Edit Customers, which provides you a place to identify your current and former customers, including providing detail about each engagement and the period of performance;
  • Edit Employees, which provides you a place to view the members of GovWin who you have been identified as employees of your company, and provides the opportunity to delete employees, or designate them as Administrators who have the right to edit your company’s profile and receive and accept employee connection requests;
  • Edit Address & Contact, which provides you a place to designate your company’s primary point of contact in GovWin, as well as to publish your company address, telephone number, and fax number.
