Group Goetz Architects (GGA) is an internationally recognized multi-discipline architectural firm, based in Washington, DC. For more than 30 years, GGA has produced award-winning architecture for commercial and government clients. Since it’s founding in 1978, GGA has been dedicated to enhancing the quality of life through architecture. As architects, and experts in interior design, we understand buildings from the inside out focusing on how buildings work for the people that use and maintain them. GGA has extensive experience working with the federal government and is a leader in federal design issues including high performance and effective workspace, perimeter and building security, sustainability and LEED design, high performance and efficient building systems, and BIM technology. GGA also has experience in working with governmental review boards such as State Preservation Office, National Capital Planning Commission, and the Commission of Fine Arts.

We are familiar with GSA’s Federal Supply Schedule, furniture product schedules and procurement regulations. GGA is fully versed on furniture specification for government procurement and has specified millions of dollars of furniture for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and other federal government agencies, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of State, and others. We also have experience in working with UNICOR in specifying their products or developing justification for waivers if their products are not appropriate to the project. In providing FF&E services for government agencies we have developed open market procurement specifications for systems furniture and have collaborated with Comprehensive Furniture Management Services contractors
