Has anyone seen or been exposed to generally available training specifically aimed at the knowledge required and daily tasks associated with being a Control Account Managers (CAMs). I often see CAMs attending training alongside finance and scheduling analysts. While the exposure the the in-depth information development process is a good idea, I'm seeking courses that target information directly to the CAMs. Any ideas?
