Alliant

Transparency, efficiency and accountability – essential business imperatives for government agencies operating in today’s challenging economic environment. Yet constrained resources, shifting priorities and burdensome contracting processes further threaten an agency’s ability to maximize mission results.

The Alliant GWAC provides the flexibility agencies need to meet these demands and to efficiently and effectively support the government’s daily operational requirements.

As a prime contractor on the GSA Alliant contract, CGI Federal provides services in all principal task areas through prime and subcontracting arrangements that provide depth and breadth of support for the full range of IT services an agency needs to reduce costs and deliver results.


IT Schedule 70

Under the GSA IT Schedule, CGI Federal is able to supply a full range of state-of-the-art IT solutions, professional and Electronic commerce (EC) services, and software licenses and maintenance to government agencies.

Through the following four Special Item Numbers (SINs), CGI Federal provides a full range of IT services and solutions for government agencies’ total system needs:

MOBIS

Through the MOBIS Schedule, CGI Federal provides specialized consulting, facilitation, survey and program integration and project management services to meet the explosive development in technology, the increase in the complexity of business problems, a growing comfort level in outsourcing, and a world in which competition is no longer confined to the neighbor next door.

CGI Federal offers the following four (4) Special Item Numbers (SINs) to enable Government agencies to increase customer satisfaction and improve performance, quality, timeliness, and efficiencies throughout their organizations:

CIO-SP2i

Through CGI's acquisition of Stanley, we now offer a Chief Information Officer's Solutions Prime Contract with the National Institute of Health's Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). The Chief Information Officer - Solutions and Partners 2 Innovations (CIO-SP2i) contract enables our customers to purchase integrated hardware, software, and services solutions within nine separate task areas.

To meet the challenges of the future, CGI Federal and its various Stanley subsidiaries have brought together a robust team with corporate knowledge and experience that covers the entire spectrum of Information Technology Programs.

ENCORE II

ENCORE II contract includes all activities within the Military Services and DoD to satisfy their Information Technology (IT) requirements. IT solutions encompass a range of capabilities from old legacy systems to new, emerging net-centric technologies. Under these contracts, the contractor shall assist the government in providing IT solutions for activities throughout all operating levels of all customer organizations in support of all functional requirements including Command and Control (C2), Intelligence, and Mission support areas, and to all elements of the Global Information Grid (GIG).


CDC-CIMS

CGI Federal is a subcontractor to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) CIMS Contract

CIMS is a multiple award, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract award where each subsequent work effort and tasking will be competed among the contractors in the applicable functional area and business category. The maximum contract value is approximately $5 billion for the ten year period.

The CIMS contract has been in planning and development for nearly three years involving substantial industry engagement throughout including a request for information (RFI) from industry, industry review of a draft scope of work and draft request for proposals, presolicitation conference, advisory multi-step (AMS) competition, and a final request for proposals (RFP).


TIPSS-4 ITS

The TIPSS-4 ITS contract is a multiple award contract. It provides sources of information processing support services for the IRS, Department of the Treasury and its Bureaus.

The support required encompasses a large spectrum of services from local microcomputer applications to large-scale integrated legacy systems, and newly developed systems. Services are required across virtually all software languages and hardware platforms. The scope of TIPSS-4 ITS does not include the purchase or lease of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware or software for the Government. However, such requirements that are integral and/or incidental to the support functions being performed may be identified in task orders and provided by the contractor. When applicable, care must be taken to coordinate with functional experts who are responsible to assure appropriate systems integration, compatibility, and legal rights.

The IRS will be the primary user of the contracts to provide the full range of information processing support services for project and program level support. If another federal agency wishes to use TIPSS-4, assistance will be provided to assist the other agency.


OPTARSS II

OPTARSS II is a master, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (ID/IQ), multiple award task order contract. The contract is structured for maximum flexibility in providing for an expedited ordering process in order to satisfy the needs of operations customers throughout the Army and Department of Defense (DoD). Specific regulations, directives, standard operating procedures (SOPs), etc. will be identified at the Task Order (TO) level.

Our leadership team provides OPTARSS customers with a proven management approach based on experienced program and task managers; a robust team of small and large business subcontractors with experience supporting requirements similar to OPTARSS; industry-leading management tools and processes; and talented employees with deep knowledge of the Army’s roles and missions.

OPTARSS II contractors will provide support in eight primary task areas and multiple subtask under each primary task area.


Logistics Worldwide (LOGWORLD) Schedule

Through CGI's wholly-owned subsidiary, Stanley, we provide services and solutions for government agencies through the Logistics Worldwide (LOGWORLD) Schedule which covers a variety of logistics management and support services.

CGI Federal offers the services associated with the following five special item numbers (SINs) listed below in the Logistics Worldwide (LOGWORLD) Federal Supply Schedule contract:

Professional Engineering Services (PES) Schedule

The Professional Engineering Services (PES) Schedule is a GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) which covers the distinct phases of an engineering project for the major disciplines of mechanical, electrical, chemical, and components of civil engineering, as well as such sub disciplines as aerospace, nuclear, bioengineering, and marine architecture.

Through CGI Federal's wholly-owned subsidiary, Stanley, we offer the services associated with the six special item numbers (SINs) listed below in the mechanical engineering (ME) and electrical engineering (EE) professional engineering disciplines (PEDs):

Office, Imaging and Document Solutions Schedule 36

The Office, Imaging and Document Solutions Schedule 36 includes copying and printing equipment; micro photographic, paper handling, and processing equipment; office machines; and filing, recordkeeping, and desktop equipment. Services include document management and mail management services.

Through CGI's wholly-owned subsidiary, Stanley, we provide services and solutions for government agencies through the following four Special Item Numbers (SINs) under the Document Support and Management Services section:

  • SIN 51-501: Needs Assessment and Analysis Services
  • SIN 51-504: Records Management Services, File Organization and File Maintenance Services
  • SIN 51-506: Document Conversion Services
  • SIN 51-509: Network Connectivity Support Services

NRC MOM

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has created it Maintenance, Operation, and Modernization Support (MOM) procurement with the objective of obtaining continuous maintenance and operational Information Technology (IT) support services for current and future NRC automated computer systems.

In August of 2011, the U.S. NRC awarded a blanket purchase agreement to CGI Federal (CGI) under Functional Area 2 of the MOM contract for maintenance and operation of U.S. NRC legacy systems. The U.S. NRC envisions competing over 25 task orders under Functional Area 2 for support of legacy systems.
