Alliant Overview
Providing Total IT Solutions to the Government
Alliant is GSA's newest contract vehicle. It is designed specifically to provide all federal defense and civilian agencies with an efficient, flexible way to order the full range of information technology solutions. These solutions include support for specific systems and applications, large systems integration and infrastructure, and related management and training.
The Alliant program provides large, multi-year delivery of IT systems and services. It replaces GSA's Applications 'N Support for Widely diverse End-user Requirements (ANSWER) and Millennia contracts.

- Ten-year GWAC Multiple Award/Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA/IDIQ) (five-year base, one five-year option)
- Solutions-based contract to include hardware, software and other ancillary support for integrated IT solutions
- $50B contract ceiling
- North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)
- 541512, Computer Systems Design Services
- Supports various task order contract types
- Fixed Price (FPI, FPAF)
- Cost (CPFF, CPIF, CPAF)
- Time and Material and Labor Hour
- For use by federal and DoD agencies with delegation of authority from GSA
